Data Analysis with Snakemake
The aim of the project was to create reference implementations for typical data analyses from bioinformatics in small groups with the help of snakemake. In addition to central data analysis paradigms, general skills from the areas of Linux command line, Python, R and visualization have been learned. Also, central topics of bioinformatics were taken up and deepened.
Several Scripts for Dokuwiki automation
In this repository are some scripts I created which can automate Dokuwiki to a certain extent. They are rather aimed at system administrators.
